Terms of Service – The No Fluff Therapist Coaching Program
By accessing this program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Coaching Disclaimer
This program is designed for personal development, education, and growth. Although I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania, I am offering this program in the role of a life coach, not as your therapist. No therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment is being provided through this program. Participation does not create a therapist-client relationship.
2. Licensing Jurisdiction
I am only licensed to practice therapy in the state of Pennsylvania. If you are outside of Pennsylvania, services provided are coaching and educational in nature.
If you are located in Pennsylvania and interested in formal therapy services, I have a team of therapists available to support you both in-person and virtually. Feel free to reach out for referrals or connection to those services.
3. Coaching Services
If you’re in need of more individualized support through coaching, you may contact me directly to schedule a one-on-one coaching session. These sessions are offered separately from this program and are billed at an additional cost.
4. Crisis Disclaimer
This program is not suitable for those experiencing a mental health crisis or requiring urgent support. If you are in crisis, please call 911 or contact a licensed mental health provider in your area.
