This program is a life coaching and educational experience, not therapy.

Even though I’m a licensed therapist, this program isn’t therapy — it doesn’t include diagnosis, treatment, or deep emotional processing.

What it does include: forward-focused support, mindset tools, and real-world strategies to help you get unstuck and actually move.
